Tyler Harder is the founder and managing director of Maikai Digital. From the West coast of Canada, and residing for over 12 years in Tokyo, Tyler has directed the management and marketing of two C corporations, developed retail and digital strategy for online product launches, hospitality and tourism, and founded companies specializing in digital media marketing, app technologies, and luxury content production.
Tyler has worked extensively with both well known brands and hundreds of startup and medium sized business founders, and most enjoys bringing clarity in the expression of great ideas to small business and startup founders.
Kallah Maguire has worked in digital media for 10 years with both small personal brands and large multinational corporations. She has worked with Disney, Microsoft, MSN Lifestyle, Fashion’s Night Out, Tommy Hilfiger, Regus, and many more.
Kallah is also considered an Instagram Influencer with a following of 42K where she is able to regularly engage with her community, gain clients, network and even make new friends. She has contributed to articles for Tyra Banks, WhoWhatWear.com, and Aston Martin, and teaches social media workshops for small business owners as well as multinational corporations.
Kallah’s passion is building strong communities around brands, and creating the Know, Like & Trust factor, so that people aren't just followers, but become an engaged and connected community.
Justin is a creative thinker with a passion for colour, typography, and a hands-on approach. Justin’s extensive background in graphic design, brand + identity - from conceptual thinking to illustration - gives him a unique ability to create expressive imagery that balances functionality and style.
Elizabeth is a content strategist, writer and editor with a BA and MA in history from McGill University. With a specialty in brand lexicon development and message planning, Elizabeth creates clear and engaging messages tailored to each unique audience based on research and understanding of brand persona and voice.
